3 Changing dinner for breakfast
I eat so much at breakfast and lunch, but I eat little at dinner.
I also eat and drink snacks and juice.
4 Hidaritebashi
When I am eating, I use my left hand.
From 19th to 23th, we will have national holidays, so I want to try a two-day fast.
