Steam or fried chicken on the chicken rice.
This restaurant's chicken is fried and I choose lemon sauce. It was so great !

By the way, we can eat salada, fruits and juice bar in this restaurant !

New Castle ニューキャッスル (Karai rice カライライス)

I like the atmosphere of this cafe, it is an old and small cafe but its owners are good people.
In this cafe, we call curry rice as "Karai rice". "Karai" means spicy in English.
And they have many drink menu but only one food menu "Karai rice". However we can choose our favorite amount.

I introduce Karai rice menu (it is so funny that Karai rice menu has station's names)

Kamata (the biggest, with egg)
Oomori (big, with egg)
Ooi (middle)
Shinagawa (small)

I recommend that you choose "Oomori" or "Kamata". Because they have eggs. To mix roux and egg is so delicious! And they are not so big size.

It is delicious but spicy and perhaps they use Wasabi as spice.

Butlers Nail Salon

Today I found an interesting salon, it was a "butlers nail salon".
In Japan, butlers cafes are so popular and there are some maid hair salons and foot care salons.
But I haven't heard butlers nail salon.
I am so interested in this salon.

I must go and report there !

BUCK-TICK Tour memento mori -REBIRTH- at Akasaka BLITZ

This was the second day of BUCK-TICK's concert at Akasaka BLITZ.
In this day, my seat was in upstairs. I was lucky because I could have chair and it was a good place to see concert !
I could see concert so well but I felt alienated.

By the way, we met Imai's father. We can often meet him at concerts.

BREIZH cafe CREPERIE Akasaka (Crepe)

I really like crepe, so I had to go "BREIZH cafe CREPERIE".
Before Buck-Tick concert, my friend and I visited there. I ate normal crepe, crepe with chocolate ice cream and fresh cream.
The taste of chocolate was bitter, crepe taste was normal but I thought its price was so high.
My friend ordered crepe with salada, it looked so delicious.

BUCK-TICK Tour memento mori REBIRTH at Akasaka BLITZ

On Sep 16th, I went to BUCK-TICK live concert at Akasaka BLITZ, it was my first time to go new Akasaka BLITZ, I often went to old Akasaka BLITZ.
There is Akasaka Sacas around Akasaka BLITZ, Akasaka Sacas has many restaurants and shops. To visit Akasaka Sacas was one of my plesure ! Before concert, I decided which restaurant I wanted to visit.

When I visited place which BUCK-TICK tour goods were sold, I found photo book of BUCK-TICK. I would buy nothing, but I bought photo book...because people who bought photo books could get post cards ! So I had to buy it, it was so heavy and expensive (5000 yen).

I was in standing area, unfortunately, I couldn't see the stage well.

A two-day fast

I started a two-day fast !
But I can eat only yogurt and vegetable soup.

And from 19th to 23th, we have national holidays, so I want to write many blog articles and sell many items at eBay, now the starting prices of all my items are 0.99 US$ ! Please check it !

About my diet

I still continue to do diet.

Today I want to write about my diet.

1 Bodywork

I can have good posture.

2 calisthenics

I don't feel pain on my shoulder.

3 Changing dinner for breakfast

I eat so much at breakfast and lunch, but I eat little at dinner.
I also eat and drink snacks and juice.

4 Hidaritebashi

When I am eating, I use my left hand.

BUCK-TICK memento mori tour 2009 REBIRTH at Yokohama BLITZ

Yesterday I also went to Buck-tick concert, but yesterday's concert was a normal tour.
There were so many people in the live house ! It was so hard to find a space to stand.
Songs which they played were almost same as fan club concert.
In this day, they played "BUSTER" and "Misty Blue". Especially "Misty Blue" made me so surprised !
Because it is rare that we can listen "Misty Blue" in recent concerts !

BUCK-TICK FISH TANKer's ONLY 2009 at Yokohama BLITZ

The day before yesterday, I went to BUCK-TICK live concert.
It was a special live concert only for fan club members.

Unfortunately, at my lunch break, I slipped on the step and fell. I was bruised on knee and fell so much pain !
When I was in the train, I couldn't sit, it made my knee worse.

Before live concert, we could see the interview of BUCK-TICK members, they wanted to play old songs in this tour.

In the main part of live concert, they played songs from their latest album. But they played 2 old songs, "Kirameki no nakade" and "LIMBO".

They had 2 encores in this live, they played old songs, "Chikashitsu no melody", it is my favorite song, "Kyokuto yori ai wo komete", "Revolver", "JUST ONE MORE KISS" and "EMPTY GIRL".

Bodywork 2

Yesterday I went to bodywork, again.
Bodywork is so great ! My troubles of shoulder, neck and head become so better !
And I could lose 1kg within 1 week.
I also record my weight every morning and night, so I don't eat so much now.

Kogetsu 古月 （Hiyashichuka 手打ち冷製 緑豆麺）

In Japanese summer, chinese restaurants begin to serve "Hiyashichuka", it is a kind of cold noodle.
This restaurant's Hiyashichuka is not typical Hiyashichuka. I prefer to its Hiyashichuka.
Because its soup is so creamy. Ordinally we can't eat Hiyashichuka's soup, but can eat its soup.

Bodywork

I went to bodywork for diet yesterday.
I really want to diet away a lot of weight. After bodywork, I could lose a little of weight !!!! So happy !
In this bodywork, I don't need to have patience with eating and need to get only few exercise. It is a great way for me !
