About the difference between Nendoroid and Chibi kyun chara or Tsum Tsum and Mochi mochi mascot

I think some people confuse Nendoroid with Chibi kyun chara and Tsum Tsum with Mochi mochi mascot.

Nendoroid is a brand which is created by Good Smile Company, but Chibi kyun chara is Banpresto's brand.

Tsum Tsum is Disney characters' doll which are sold at Diseney store, Mochi mochi mascot is SAN-S's brand.
