About shipping

1 If you choose small packet as the mode of shipment, I don't send out your package independently, I send out your package with other customers' packages together. If you want me to send out your package soon, please choose EMS.

2 I don't accept the mode of shipping without tracking number. Because recently some package were lost.

3 When I send out the package, you will receive information mail from ems-mypage@ml.post.japanpost.jp
Please check your tracking number in this mail.

The charge for my work

If you ask me a special work(ex signing event etc), please pay me the charge for my work.

The charge is at least 1000yen/1 hour.

Waiting charge

If you want me to go the event and buy special items, I need the waiting charge.

~open 1500yen/1 hour (summer and winter season or bad weather 2000yen/1 hour)
open~ 500yen/15 min (summer and winter season or bad weather 600yen/15 min)

If you don't want to pay the waiting charge and I need to wait for getting the items, I will go back without waiting. In this case, I can't refund the travel expense and admission fee.

About the handling charge of the request event

When you place an order of the request event items and non request event items at the same time, you must pay the handling charge for each.

ex) If you buy
Request event items 1000yen
Non request event items 2000yen

Handling charge is
750yen for request event items
1000yen for non request event items

the total handling charge is 1750yen

handling charge of this event is usual handling charge.

This is an event which I will go by customer's request, so you need to pay event charge.

7 Almost all Doujinshis and items are not packed and event places are so crowded. It is possible that they are damaged little. If you care for the quality of Doujinshis and items, I recommend no ordering.

8 Due to bad weather, it is possible that the items are damaged.
