Some of new customers annoy me by their big misunderstanding.
Only recent new customers have a such misunderstanding, I don't know why.
When they ask me the international shipping charge, I answer them only the shipping charge, but they misunderstand the handling charge is included in the shipping charge which I answer.
I don't know why do I answer the shipping charge which is included in the shipping charge desipite that I am asked the shipping charge.
In days gone by, my new customers didn't have such misunderstanding.
